Real Noice. Reminds me of Disney cartoons from the 1940's if they were made by Satan. This style is perfect for maximum creep factor.

If you're into this kind of music, go ahead and listen to Nine Inch Nails' album Ghosts I-IV, it's around 36ish songs varying from creepy like this and very upbeat but all in a darker theme.
